I have rented from Preller Properties for the past 6 years, and have continued living in their buiding because it is a wonderfully maintained apartment building in an ideal location in Hampden. Rarely are repairs needed, but when they are, they are very responsive. I highly recommend them!

My boyfriend and I moved to Baltimore from a different state and at first we were very nervous about picking the right neighborhood. We are so glad we stumbled upon an ad posted by Hilltop Management. From the very first meeting with Nancy, we felt like we were at home. She showed us a variety of layouts and gave us a tour of the neighborhood. Eventually we settled on the Hampden Hill apartment building, which truly is a hidden gem in Baltimore. Joe Preller does not skip a beat in his buildings.

I lived at the Falls Road Apartments for a year and a half (and wouldn’t have left if I was not relocated). I loved the apartment, the apartments and grounds are very well maintained. Jonathan, who takes care of the facilities, is great and very responsive. My neighbor called the emergency number at 5:30am when there was a water main break on the street and he was there within a half hour or so. Lauren in the main office is also great to work with. Overall a great experience!

The apartments are recently renovated and well maintained, giving the units modern amenities to go along with exposed brick and large sizes. We’ve enjoyed the location — quiet and residential, but close to restaurants and with easy access to downtown. Never had any issues with the building management. Overall, it’s been a great place to live!

After four years of leasing a Hampden Hall apt, I recently moved out for relocation purposes. I highly recommend any Preller Property location, based on my very positive experience at Hampden Hall. The management always addressed any rare concerns or problems promptly. Management was always professional and accomodating and never rigid. The building is well maintainted and secure. The apartments themsleves are each uniquely designed with very nice features. Parking was always available.
